Origin Story

FeatherBee Apothecary’s foundations stem from the idea that holistic, natural, handmade products can merge with intuitive energy work.

Hello! My name is Kasey or you can call me “Albatross” on account of the Laysan Albatross being my Soul Animal.

FeatherBee was manifested from my passion for the healing arts, a profound respect for the natural world, and my own intuitive gifts. I made my first soaps back in 2012 as I started to look for a way to live a more sustainable, connected, and aligned life. My desire to merge the modalities of my training and personal interests has lead me on a journey that has been fun, rewarding, and positively challenging. In 2017, I wanted to begin sharing with my community. To do that I needed to start with a name. FeatherBee’s spirit honors my ancestor’s connection to the land but the words carry the memory of my mother who was a bee energy along with a nod to my own energy, the feather.

I have found a renewed sense of self through my travels and spiritual experiences. It is an evolving journey that I’m so excited and grateful to share. I have been experimenting with many recipes to bring you consciously crafted goods that align, heal, and inspire. I want to help people shed the mundane while embracing and integrating nature back into their lives. I believe that science, consciousness, spirit, and a dash of magic can do this. Working with nature, the seasonal shifts, moon cycles, energy healing practices, numerology, ancestral guidance, clinical herbalism, and my own intuitive process has yielded products that not only feel good but also have an embedded purpose within their ingredients.
